HVAC and plumbing entrepreneur enters California market with two acquisitions

Las Vegas – Kenneth D. Goodrich, managing partner of US Peach, LLC, a leading HVAC and plumbing service provider, announced the acquisition of The Honest Plumber, Heating & Air, a Las Vegas-based air conditioning, heating and plumbing company, and the Corona, California-based Walton’s Air Conditioning.

Walton’s Air Conditioning offers residential and commercial air conditioning repairs and installation, furnace and heating repairs, furnace installation, whole-house fan installation and preventative maintenance. The Honest Plumber, Heating & Air offers a full suite of plumbing and HVAC services in Southern Nevada. These purchases are part of a larger expansion plan for Goodrich, who owns nine HVAC and plumbing companies in three states.

Walton’s Air Conditioning will operate under the Honeybee AC brand, serving community members in Orange County, the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley. This acquisition marks Goodrich’s entrance into the California market. The Honest Plumber, Heating & Air will operate under The Sunny Plumber and Honeybee AC.

Walton’s Air Conditioning was established in 1985 and serves more than 10,000 families in Southern California. The Honest Plumber, Heating & Air is a 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week service company that has provided a wide range of plumbing, heating and air conditioning services for Southern Nevadans since 2002.

In addition to The Honest Plumber, Heating & Air and Walton’s Air Conditioning, Goodrich owns a number of well-known plumbing and HVAC companies, including the Arizona-based Goettl Air Conditioning and Sonoran Air Conditioning. For the past several years, he and his team have been focused on growing their companies and the services they offer, in addition to expanding into new markets.
